PINEAPPLE KESARI

Ingredients

Semolina/Sooji/Rava-1/2 cup(100 gm)
Pineapple-2 ring
Water-1/4 cup+2 tbsp
Sugar-1/2cup
Salt-2 pinch
Pineapple essence-1 drop
Turmeric powder/Yellow colour
Cardamom-2-3
Cashew nuts-10
Raisins-10
Ghee-1tbsp

Method

Heat ghee in a kadai.Add raisins and cashewnuts along with rava.Roast in low flame for 10 minutes till the nice aroma comes.Then keep aside in a bowl.Take a cooker and add water, turmeric powder or yellow colour, pineapple, sugar, salt ,essence and cardamom
Boil well in medium flame .Then switch off the flame and add roasted rava and mix well..
Close the cooker and keep aside for 20 minutes .Then open and mix well.so tasty easy pineapple kesari is ready to serve ..
