Ari Payasam

Ingredients
Unakkalari /Payasam Rice-1 cup Jaggery-6 (increase or decrease) Salt-one pinch Grated coconut-2 tbsp Water-3 1/2 cup Cardamom-3-4 Ghee-1 tbsp Tulsi - Method
Soak rice for 20 minutes..Then wash well ..Take a cooker and pressure cook the rice by adding water for 2 whistle in medium flame .Boil jaggery in water and strain well..When the rice is well cooked ,add jaggery and mix well..Add salt and grated coconut and mix..Now cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously ..Finally add ghee and Tulsi ..Check the taste. So the tasty payasam is ready to serve ..
