Chukku Kappi(Dry Ginger Coffee)
Ingredients
Dry Ginger -2 small pieces Pepper-3/4 tsp Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp Basil leaves -1/4 tsp Palm Sugar/Jaggery- Coffee powder -1/2 tsp Water -2 1/2 cup Method
In a saucepan add water,jaggery,cumin powder,pepper powder ,coffee powder ,basil ,chukku podi and mix well..Boil this for 5 to 10 minutes in medium flame..Close the pan for 5 minutes and then strain the coffee ..Our hot dry ginger coffee is ready to serve..
