Wheat flour-1 cup
Water - 1 1/4 cup (room temperature )
Salt-
Baking Powder-1 tsp
Method
Mix salt and baking powder together with wheat flour .. Add water and mix gently. Then heat a nonstick thawa to medium hot, pour one ladle of batter and when the wholes started to come to reduce the heat to low and close the pan and cook for few seconds. No need to flip the dosa ..Our special Gothambu
Dosa is ready to serve..
