Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients
Basmati Rice-1 cup Water-1 3/4 cup Salt- Cardamom-1 Cloves-2 Cinnamon-1 Onion-1/2 Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste-1 tsp Vegetables-1/2 cup Oil/Butter-2 tbsp Method Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes .Then drain and keep aside.Heat Oil or butter in a pressure cooker .Add whole masalas and saute for a minute .Now add ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute ..Then add onion and saute till translucent .Add vegetables and saute .Now add rice and saute for 2 minutes .Then add hot water and salt ..Mix well .. Allow to boil and close the cooker and cook for 1 whistle .Then keep aside and open after 15 minutes .So tasty easy vegetable pulao is ready to serve ...
