Fried Rice


Ingredients

Basmati rice-1 cup Garlic-2 tsp Spring onion white -2 tsp Spring onion green -1 tsp Capsicum-2 tbsp Carrot-2 tbsp Cabbage-3 tbsp pepper powder-1/4 tsp Salt-to taste Soya sauce-1 tbsp Sugar-1/4 tsp Sesame Oil-1 tsp Oil-2 tbsp

Method

Wash the rice well and soak it for 20 minutes ..Boil water and cook the rice until done ..Drain and allow to cool .. Then keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours ..Finely chop all the vegetables, garlic,spring onion,…Now heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadai ,and add garlic.Saute for few seconds ,then add spring onion d capsicum ..Saute for another few seconds ..Finally add the cooked rice ..Mix and stir well… Cook for 5 minutes …Taste it and add salt and soya sauce if needed..Finally sprinkle 1 tsp of sesame oil and mix well..Garnish with spring onion …Easy and tasty restaurant style fried rice is ready in few minutes ..
