Ingredients
Egg - 3 or 4 Pepper Powder -1/2 tsp Salt - Oil -2 tbspOil -2 tbsp

Method
Add pepper powder and salt to the egg and mix well..Heat oil and add egg and scramble ..Keep aside .Heat oil in a kadai ,add garlic ,ginger ,spring onion ,green chilli ,salt and stir well in high flame ..Add vegetables and saute ..Now add soya sauce ,chilli paste ,sugar ,mix well .. Then add white vinegar and mix
..Then add cooked rice and toss well ..Now add egg d mix ..
Check the taste and adjust ..Finally add spring onion greens and sesame oil ..So the tasty Egg fried rice is ready to serve..
